February is the coolest month in the year.Hands down. There are no other competitors. Not even close. You want to know why?
It has nothing to do with Valentines day. Not a freaking thing.
It's not because of the weather either.
And, contrary to what you are probably thinking, it is not because my birthday is in February.
Nope. It's none of those things.
It's the fact that February is the only month in the year with exactly 28 days. Do you know the importance of that statement?
That means that February is the only, and I mean only, month that has exactly four weeks long. Except for once every 4 years, but that is really not February's fault.
I will talk more about this issue later. But right now one to more important things.
I had a birthday party last night. No it was not on the day of my birthday, but who cares? Not me.
It was the most spectacular birthday ever! My loverly friends made me a minesweeper cake! How freaking awesome is that? Pretty freaking amazing. Plus they got me a Tinker Bell candle, and nothing is cooler than Tinker Bell.
Not only did I get an amazing cupcake minsweeper master piece they also bought me presents. I LOVE getting presents. It's fabulous.
I got a hilarious mug from Tay. (I will try and post pictures later). A desk vacuum in the shape of a pig from Court. A gift card from Joe (To the magical world of Barnes & Noble, I am secretly in love with Joe right now. Not like that! He has a girlfriend who is freaking fabulous!) Some super fab earrings from Aprille, they are ubber cute!
And to top it all off I got a package from my mom. Not just any package. Get this it was ...
A party in a box!
I kid you not. She packed up everything I would need to have an awesome party and sent it to me. Down to table confetti and a bubble machine (I now own a bubble machine, eeek!). Mommy also put presents in so that I would have something to open on my birthday (which I would never have opened last night after the party ... not me).
This was, by far, the best birthday party I've ever had. I have fantastic friends that know how to throw a rock'n party.
I'm sorry I couldn't be there, Michelle. =( But I'm glad you had a fab day!!!
